Each products have different delivery time.

Usually shipping will be done within 7 days time. In the future, DyueMall is going to have their own logistic, where we can deliver the stuffs to you even faster, safer and better.

4. What if my products is not in good condition or not under dissatisfaction ?

DyueMall is different from any other online shopping website because DyueMall offers service after sales.

Any products which is not in good condition can be exchanged within 7 days time.

Products with warranty ( such as handphones - 5 years warranty ) can also be claimed from DyueMall office - PJ Seksyen 14

5. Your price is too expensive !

If you found any products in our website which is more expensive than the market price, please help us by quoting the price to us.

Give us the name of the products and the description, if possible a photo as an evidence.

i. How to Create An Account

1. Click on the register button.
2. Fill in the details.
3. Activate it through your Email. ( Note: Mail may be sent to your junk mail )
4. Log in .

ii. How To Purchase A Product

1. Choose the product you desire, and click add to cart.
2. Then click to cart item.
3. Check the products, confirm the quantity , then checkout.

4. Choose to Pick Up / Delivery, Choose Delivery Service. Price of delivery service can check through here.

5. Fill in the details , and click Continue

6. Can choose either to use CRP or not. ( If you have CRP )

7. Specify the remarks ( Such as size , colours , etc. )

8. Proceed to payment.

9. Choose any payment method.

10. Make payment and wait for the products.
